  • No, I’m not a doula—I’m a Sovereign Birthkeeper. While doulas provide support within the medical system, I offer a completely different kind of care that is rooted in self-trust, autonomy, and honoring birth as a sacred, undisturbed process.

    My role is not to act as a medical professional or intervene, but to walk alongside you, offering deep emotional support, resources, and encouragement as you step fully into your power.

    I support women who are choosing to birth on their own terms, outside the system. If you’re looking for hospital-based or midwife-attended support, a doula may be a better fit. But if you’re seeking sovereign, woman-centered care that fully honors birth as an intuitive process, that’s exactly what I offer.

  • Sovereign Birth Support is personalized, 1:1 guidance for women who want to plan and prepare for an autonomous, self-led birth. My role is to:

    ✨ Hold space for your vision and provide emotional support.
    ✨ Offer knowledge & resources so you feel deeply prepared.
    ✨ Guide you through fears & conditioning so you can step into birth with confidence.
    ✨ Be available as a trusted presence throughout your pregnancy and birth journey.

    Support can include virtual or in-person sessions, continuous text support, and postpartum integration, depending on your needs.

  • No. I do not provide any medical care, interventions, or assessments. My support is emotional, educational, and spiritual, rooted in self-trust, intuition, and informed decision-making.

    I encourage women to listen to their own bodies and seek any additional care they feel is right for them, whether that means having certain tests done, seeking medical care or birthing completely autonomously.

    If you choose to work with a midwife, my role would be focused on sovereignty in pregnancy and postpartum integration, rather than in-person birth attendance.

  • Absolutely. You don’t have to be 100% sure to start exploring your options.

    My support is for any woman who feels pulled toward more autonomy in her pregnancy and birth. If you’re in the process of unlearning conditioned fears, weighing your options, or wanting to trust birth more deeply, I can support you in gaining clarity and confidence.

    Whether or not you ultimately choose a fully sovereign birth, this space is here for you to explore your intuition, deepen your trust in your body, and step into your power as a mother.
